TERMS & CONDITIONS: Rates include weekly maid service and linens. Daily maid service available at extra charge. A deposit equal to half of the total rental fee is required to secure your reservation. Final payment of the remaining rental fee is due 15 days prior to arrival and is nonrefundable. All amounts are payable in U.S. dollars.
